Hsu Lay Nwe is a university student passionate about transforming and bridging the gap of educational inequality in her country and across the globe. She has applied for this fellowship with the intention of becoming a well-rounded leader who can contribute positive social impacts in her community. During her 2-month duration with OMLAS, she has identified initial steps toward achieving quality education in her community.

She is planning to create a community with diverse individuals and promote her organization through different youth-led organizations. She intends to set a rigorous standard for those who are willing to attend the courses.
